What never costs a credit

• A render that fails, times out or is refused by the AI safety filter.
• A look that doesn't pass our quality check: we don't deliver it and don't charge for it.
• A look that arrives after we told you it failed.
• An HD version that doesn't match the look you chose: we don't deliver it.
• Your free preview.

Not happy with a look?

If a paid look came out clearly wrong (it doesn't look like your pet, or the product is missing or a different one), write to [email protected] within 7 days of getting it, with the look's link, and we give the credit back.

Refunding a pack

Within 7 days of purchase, you can cancel a pack wherever you live. An unused pack is refunded in full.

Partly used pack: we refund the unused part. Every credit in a pack counts the same, so the refund is the price times the unused credits divided by all the pack's credits. Example: a pack of 8 looks and 3 HD versions (11 credits) with 2 looks used has 9 unused credits, so you get 9/11 of the price back.

Unused credits are counted from your balance when the refund is made, not counting credits held by a look that is still being made. They are then removed from your balance; your balance never goes below zero because of a partial refund.

After 7 days, packs can't be refunded, except as described below or where the law requires it.

In Korea, the E-Commerce Act lets you withdraw from a purchase within 7 days. Credits you have already used count as digital content already provided and can't be withdrawn (§17(2)); unused credits can, as above. If what you got is different from what we described, you can also withdraw within 3 months of getting it, or within 30 days of noticing. The free preview lets you try the service before you buy.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order code or receipt.

• Paid by card outside Korea (Polar): Polar is the merchant of record, so the refund is issued through Polar to your original payment method. You can also contact Polar's support about the purchase.
• Paid in Korea (Latpeed): the payment is cancelled through Latpeed to your original payment method.

We start the refund within 3 business days of your request. When the money shows up depends on your bank or card company.

We don't sell the products we recommend. Returns and refunds for them go through the shop you bought from.
