What Pawlooks does

You upload a photo of your dog or cat. We read the photo with AI, pick real products sold by other shops in the size that should fit, and make an AI picture of your pet wearing them.

Every look is an AI visualization. The real fit, size and color can differ. Sizes come from each product's own size chart, so check the listing before you order.

Your account

There is no password. Your first action on the site creates an account tied to this browser by a cookie. If you add your email, we send you a sign-in link that also opens your looks and credits on other devices.

Keep your email safe: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account.

You can delete your account at any time on the Your looks page. This deletes your photos, looks and remaining credits.

Your photos

Only upload photos you took or may use. Pawlooks is for pets: don't upload photos where a person is the subject, or anything illegal. We may delete uploads that break this rule.

If a person is in the photo, we pixelate their face before the photo is edited or shared.

The AI providers may refuse to edit some photos (safety filter). Nothing is charged when that happens.

Your photos stay yours. You let us use them only to run the service for you: to analyse and edit them, and to store them for the times in our Privacy Policy. That permission ends when the photo is deleted.

Your looks

You may keep, download and share your looks for personal use. We don't use your looks in our own marketing unless you say yes first.

Once your account has bought a Studio pack, you may also use the looks made on that account commercially as a creator, for example in sponsored posts. Product names, logos and designs still belong to their owners.

Free previews carry a watermark and are 768 px on the long side. Unlocking a preview with 1 look credit gives you the same picture, clean, at full size.

Anyone who has a share link can see that look until you turn the link off on the look's page, the look is deleted, or you delete your account; after that the link stops working within 10 minutes. Share templates carry a small Pawlooks mark.

Looks are deleted 30 days after they are made, so download the ones you want to keep.

Free preview

Every new account gets one free preview. To keep it fair, a network (such as a home or office Wi-Fi) gets only a few free previews per 24 hours, and free previews may pause for a while when the day's free capacity is used up. Paid looks are never paused for these reasons.

Packs and credits

Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price and what each pack contains are shown before you pay.

A look credit pays for one look: a new look, a new variant, or unlocking a free preview. An HD credit pays for one HD version (2048 px) of a look.

A credit is used only when the look is delivered. If a render fails, times out or doesn't pass our quality check, nothing is charged.

Credits don't expire. Until you add your email they live in this browser only, so add it to keep them if the browser's cookies are cleared.

Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money, except through a refund under our Refund Policy.

Payments

Outside Korea, packs are sold by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT and issues the invoice. Polar's buyer terms also apply to that purchase.

In Korea, you can pay in KRW through Latpeed; Latpeed's own terms also apply to that payment.

Payments happen on Polar's or Latpeed's own page. We never receive your full card number.

Products and shop links

We don't sell the products we recommend. They are sold by other shops, such as Amazon, Etsy, Coupang or the brand itself. The order, delivery, returns and warranty are between you and that shop.

Prices and availability shown on Pawlooks can be out of date. The shop's own page is what counts.

Some buy links are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission. Your price stays the same. Each such link is marked next to its button: on Amazon links that carry our Associates tag, as an Amazon Associate Pawlooks earns from qualifying purchases; Coupang Partners links carry the notice Coupang requires.

Some product pictures are our own drawings of the listed item, marked "Illustration". The real product can look different.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no automated or bulk use, no attempts to get around the limits or the human check, no attacks on the site, and nothing illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may refuse, limit or stop use that breaks these terms or the law, and remove content that does. Unless it is abuse or the law says otherwise, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

The service

We work to keep Pawlooks running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. AI results vary from photo to photo. If a paid look came out clearly wrong, see "Not happy with a look?" in our Refund Policy.

We may change or remove features. If we ever close Pawlooks, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund the credits you bought and haven't used, in proportion to what you paid.

Shops that put our try-on widget on their pages also accept these terms. Their plan, monthly try-ons and price are what we agreed with them in writing (an email is enough). They keep their secret key private, use the widget only on the sites they registered with us, and may only offer products they are allowed to sell.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not apply to damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.

Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For changes that matter to you, we tell you on the site, and by email if you added one, at least 7 days before they apply (30 days for changes against your interests).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court that has jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's law and can use your local courts.
